Rate in Euro (Resident rate is Kenya Shillings according to the current Euro rate)

 

Attention:  23.12.-03.01.2022 included we charge a different high season rate per day: 

 

Double room (up or down): 45,00 € , triple: 50,00 €, Single: 40,00 €

 

Rosie House: 120,00 €, Studio with Kitchen 50,00 €, small budget rooms 30,00 €, small double room with kitchen 40,00 €.

 

 

Double room downstairs, “Conny House”, room “1” or “2”

Double room upstairs, “Conny House” or “”Front house” without kitchen

Front house upstairs, common kitchen use for all 3 rooms is  2,00 € extra per day and room. Utensils in the common kitchen must be cleaned after using, if guests are sharing the kitchen.

 

The option of common kitchen use is only available if room 6 is not rented together with private kitchen use, because No. 6 is near to that kitchen. It is not possible to book room 8 or 7 with kitchen while room 6 is vacant.

Studio with kitchen includes enclosed kitchen facility with cooking utensils, gascooker, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, water heater, microwave (on request)

 

All rooms are with framed double bed and mosquito net, beddings & towels, ceiling fan, daily room-cleaning service incl.

House full furnished with 3 bedrooms (double beds) “Rosie-Haus”,                                       

 

Family house with up to 6 persons:     

                                 100,00 € per day

 

2 bathrooms (shower hot/cold), kitchen, living room, veranda, garden & sun beds, incl. cooking utensils, gas cooker, microwave (on request), fridge, water heater, beddings, ceiling fans, double beds with frames and mosquitonets, towels & beddings. (Daily room cleaning included). Discount for families with children as described down below under “extras”.

Extra beds can be added.

Each extra bed in the house is 12 € per day.

Breakfast can be ordered extra for 5,50 €  per person.                                                               

 

(Example: bread, marmalade, butter, fresh fruits, tea, filter coffee or Nescafe, milk. Or you choose between pancake, spanish omelette, fried eggs with or without bacon or boiled eggs).

Extras and discounts:

 

-  Stay for 4 weeks, (28 days) and above  discount of  10%, above 6 weeks 15%,                                 

-  Stay for 2 weeks, (14 days) and above  discount of  5%

 

-  1 Baby cot free, extra bed in parents room for child up to 14 yrs 10 €,         

 

-  extra bed, adults 12 €.

 

-  Children below 12 years get reduction of 10% (i.e. 1 adult plus child in a double room 5%)

 

-  Small children sharing bed with parents stay free, 1 baby cot in a room is  free.

 

-  Lunch or dinner can be prepared on request.

 

-  Bicycle hire 2,00 €,-per hour.

 

Swimming pool in our garden is free of charge for all our guests of any room types.

 

We can assist you to organize your airport transfers and other excursions by bus or vehicle with a good driver.

 

We have contacts to professional safari operators and tour guides, diving schools and glass boat operators in our area.

Check out: until 10:00am, later check out if available on request

      

Cancellation fees: 30% from total amount.

 

Up to 60 days before arrival cancellation is free of charge.

      

To guarantee your reservation and to cover last-minute cancellations, we kindly ask you to make an advance deposit of 30% on reservation day.
